Explore Bedugul

Bedugul is a serene highland town in central Bali, nestled within the lush mountains and surrounded by lakes and forests. Located about 1,500 meters above sea level, Bedugul offers a cool and refreshing climate, a pleasant contrast to Bali’s coastal heat. One of its most iconic attractions is the Ulun Danu Beratan Temple, a picturesque water temple that appears to float on Lake Beratan, dedicated to the Balinese water goddess Dewi Danu. The area is also known for its botanical gardens, strawberry farms, and traditional markets selling fresh produce and handicrafts. Beyond its scenic beauty, Bedugul is a hub for eco-tourism and nature lovers. Visitors can enjoy activities such as boating on the lake, trekking through the surrounding forests, or simply taking in panoramic views of the mountains. The calm ambiance, coupled with rich cultural heritage and natural attractions, makes Bedugul an ideal escape for those seeking peace and connection with nature in Bali’s highlands.
