Tourist Visa 

Indian passport holders do not require a tourist visa to enter Haiti for stays up to 90 days. However, upon arrival, all foreign nationals, including Indians, must pay a US$10 tourist fee at the airport.

Entry Requirements

Ensure you have the following documents when traveling to Haiti:

  • Passport: Valid for at least 6 months beyond your intended stay.
  • Proof of Onward or Return Travel: Such as a confirmed return flight ticket.
  • Accommodation Details: Hotel reservation or address of the place you'll be staying.
  • Sufficient Funds: Evidence of enough funds to cover your stay.

Visa Extensions

If you wish to extend your stay beyond 90 days, you must apply for a permit through the Department of Immigration and Emigration in Haiti.

Requirements include:​

  • Residence Permit Request Letter: Addressed to the Directorate of Immigration and Emigration.​
  • Employment Letter: From your current employer.​
  • Passport Copy: Biographical page.​
  • Contact Information: Your address and telephone number in Haiti.​
  • Medical Certificate: Issued within the last 30 days.​
  • Photographs: Two recent passport-sized photos.​
  • Entry Stamp Copy: Photocopy of the stamp from your last entry into Haiti.​
