Jeju Island

Explore Jeju Island

Jeju Island, often called the "Hawaii of South Korea," is a stunning volcanic island known for its breathtaking landscapes, unique culture, and outdoor adventures. Located off the southern coast of the Korean Peninsula, Jeju is home to Hallasan, South Korea’s highest mountain, offering scenic hiking trails with panoramic views. The island also boasts dramatic waterfalls, lava tubes like Manjanggul Cave, and picturesque coastal formations such as Seongsan Ilchulbong (Sunrise Peak), making it a paradise for nature lovers and photographers. Beyond its natural wonders, Jeju has a rich cultural heritage, with traditional thatched-roof villages, unique Jeju dialect, and the famous haenyeo (female divers) who collect seafood without modern equipment. Visitors can relax on pristine beaches like Hyeopjae and Jungmun or explore quirky attractions like Loveland and the Teddy Bear Museum. With a laid-back atmosphere, delicious local specialties such as black pork and fresh seafood, and a mix of adventure and relaxation, Jeju Island remains one of Korea’s top travel destinations.
