    • This is just a price quote and no bookings have been made yet, availability of hotels and given services can be confirmed only when the booking is realized with advance payment.
    • The rates are subject to the availability of hotel accommodation and sightseeing tours at the time of booking.
    • Hotels and other facilities given here can be replaced with similar or higher-grade facilities and are purely based on availability at the time of booking.
    • The date of travel and duration is subject to change. Any changes made will be communicated to the customer before the travel date. Any changes made during the travel will be communicated accordingly.
    • We have the right to cancel or change the date of tour and travel in case of any Natural calamities, socio-economic emergencies, and other unforeseen situations.
    • Bookings once confirmed are subject to cancellation charges which shall be advised at that time.
    • TravelSpoc is not responsible for any change in the price due to factors not in the control of the organization.
    • If any additional services or minibar or any other service is utilized at the hotel, the hotel reserves the right to charge the same on this security deposit provided by the client. TravelSpoc would not be responsible for these transactions and these are solely between the hotels and the clients.
    • Blackout Dates: The above prices will not be valid for any blackout date/ period which is informed during the confirmation of the booking; if any change in the price, the same will be applicable for all bookings and to be borne by the customer.
