Package Itinerary
Day 1 Trivandrum – Kanyakumari – Rameswaram Sightseeing & Transfer
Pickup will be arranged from Thiruvananthapuram between 07:00 – 07:30 hrs, and you will travel to Kanyakumari. On the way, you will visit Padmanabhapuram Palace and Suchindram Thanumalayan Temple. After reaching Kanyakumari, you will see major attractions like the Thiruvalluvar Statue, Vivekananda Rock Memorial, Gandhi Memorial, Kanyakumari Amman Temple, and Sunil Wax Museum. In the afternoon, you will continue to Rameswaram, stopping for photos at Pamban Bridge. After arriving in Rameswaram, you will check in to the hotel, relax, have dinner, and stay overnight.
Day 2 Rameswaram Sightseeing – Return to Trivandrum
After breakfast at the hotel, check out and proceed to sightseeing in Rameswaram. Visit the legendary Rama Setu and the sacred seashore of Agni Theertham. Continue to the famous Ramanathaswamy Temple, where you can take a ritual bath at the 22 sacred wells inside the temple, known as the 22 Theerthams—an important and traditional part of the pilgrimage. Each of these wells is believed to have unique mineral properties.
After completing the holy bath, proceed for darshan of the main Sivalingam. A ₹100 special darshan ticket is available to save time during peak hours, although the general queue may also move quickly. The temple is renowned for its magnificent 4,000-foot-long pillared corridor, one of the longest in the world.
In the afternoon, visit the APJ Abdul Kalam Memorial. Later, begin your return journey to Thiruvananthapuram, with a drop-off in the city by night.
