Tourist Visa

The Cocos (Keeling) Islands are an Australian external territory. Therefore, the visa requirements for visiting the Cocos (Keeling) Islands are governed by Australian immigration policies.

To visit the Cocos (Keeling) Islands for tourism, Indian citizens generally require a valid visa. While a visa is required for travel from India, if traveling from the Australian mainland, passports and visas are not needed. However, photographic identification is required for all passengers.
