Tourist Visa

As an Indian citizen planning to visit Curaçao for tourism, you are required to obtain a short-stay Caribbean visa before your trip. This visa permits stays of up to 90 days within a 180-day period.

Required Documents:

  • Passport: Valid for at least 3 months beyond your intended departure from Curaçao, with at least two blank pages.​
  • Photograph: A recent passport-sized photo meeting Dutch passport photo requirements.​
  • Proof of Legal Residence: Evidence of legal residence in India, such as a passport or residence permit.​
  • Travel Itinerary: Flight reservations and accommodation bookings.​
  • Proof of Sufficient Funds: Bank statements or traveler’s cheques demonstrating financial means to cover your stay.​
  • Additional Documents for Minors: If applying for a child under 18, include the child's birth certificate and parental consent documents.

Entry Requirements

Upon arrival in Curaçao, ensure you have the following:​

  • Valid Passport: As specified above.​
  • Approved Visa: Your short-stay Caribbean visa.​
  • Completed Digital Immigration Card: Fill out the Digital Immigration Card online within 7 days prior to departure.​
  • Proof of Onward or Return Travel: Documented evidence of your departure from Curaçao.​
  • Accommodation Details: Confirmation of hotel bookings or a letter from your host.​
  • Financial Means: Proof of sufficient funds to cover your stay.​
  • Yellow Fever Vaccination Certificate: If you're arriving from a country with a risk of yellow fever transmission, a valid vaccination certificate is required​​. 

Additional Information

  • Visa Exemptions: Indian citizens holding a multiple-entry visa or residence permit for the Schengen Area, United States, Canada, United Kingdom, or Ireland may be exempt from obtaining a separate visa for Curaçao. However, it's essential to verify this exemption based on your specific circumstances.​
  • Stay Duration: The visa allows for a stay of up to 90 days within a 180-day period.​
  • Travel Insurance: While not mandatory, it's highly recommended to have travel insurance covering medical expenses and emergencies during your stay.
