Tourist Visa 

Samoa offers a visa-free entry for many nationalities, including Indian passport holders, allowing for a tourist stay of up to 90 days. Visitors from these countries can obtain a Visitor's Permit on arrival at no cost. This permit allows for a stay of up to 90 days, after which an extension may be applied for. 


Requirements:

1. Passport Validity:

o Visitors must hold a passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of entry.

2. Return or Onward Ticket:

o Visitors must have a confirmed return or onward ticket.

3. Financial Proof:

o Visitors must provide a copy of a bank statement to demonstrate financial capability.

4. Health and Safety:

o Visitors must have no health problems that would pose a risk to Samoa.

5. Criminal Record:

o Visitors must have no history of criminal charges.

6. Deportation Record:

o Visitors must have no record of deportation from other countries.

This policy allows for easier access to Samoa for tourists from around the world, given they meet the specified requirements.

Extending Your Stay

If you wish to stay in Samoa beyond the initial 60-day period, you must apply for an extension at the Immigration Office in Apia before your Visitor’s Permit expires.
