Visa Rules

Tourist Visa 

Documents Required:

1. Passports:

o Original passport with at least 6 months validity and 2 blank pages.

o Passport should have been issued within the last 10 years.

o Original old passport booklets, if any.

2. Photographs:

o Three photographs.

o White background; glossy finish.

o Dimensions: 45mm x 35mm.

o 80% face coverage with a little shoulder visible; clear visibility of eyes and face.

3. Covering Letter:

o Addressed to The Visa Officer, Embassy of Serbia.

o Brief the purpose of travel and business relation with any business partner in Serbia.

o For officials/sponsored applicants, the letter must be on the company letterhead.

o Cover letter from the applicant's employer.

4. Bank Statements:

o Original bank statements for the last 3 months (personal and company), with the seal and signature from the bank.

o Statements should show proof of funds and income, and should be from relevant and active accounts.

o Statements should have a closing date closer to the date of visa application (A4 size preferred).

5. Itinerary / Air Tickets:

o Return air tickets with all internal flight/train tickets, if applicable.

o Day-wise itinerary.

6. Purpose of Travel / Accommodation:

o Hotel confirmation from Serbia with hotel seal.

o Sponsorship form, filled and signed.

o Copy of the passport or identity card of the person in Serbia who is signing the invitation letter, with an Apostille seal.

o The invitation letter should include proper details of the inviter, address, phone number.

7. Supporting Credentials:

o Businessmen:

Proprietorship certificate, certificate of registration, Memorandum of Association, Articles of Association, partnership deed.

NOC from other partners or directors in case of a partnership.

Letter from a lawyer/chartered accountant/confirmation from Chamber of Commerce (optional).

o Employees:

Leave sanction letter from the company (from the Government body if Government employees/public servants).

Last 3 months salary statements (only for private firms).

Company ID card (optional).

Retirement certificate or letter / copy of pension book (for retired employees).

o Students:

Leave sanction letter from the educational institution (for travel during working days).

Bonafide certificate from the educational institution (for travel during vacations).

School/College ID card (optional).

o Newly Weds/Honeymooners:

Marriage certificate (original).

Wedding invitation card/photographs (if marriage certificate is not ready).

o Children Traveling Unaccompanied:

Notary attested NOC on stamp paper from both/one parent if unaccompanied.

Passport copies of both/one parent.

o Travelers Unaccompanied by Spouses/Partners:

Passport copy of unaccompanied spouse, or any Government ID proof mentioning spouse name if not a passport holder.

o Sponsored Applicants:

Pension statements for the last three months.

Proof of regular income from property or business.

o Additional Supporting Documents:

FD receipts from banks.

Public shares/debentures certificate.

Asset evaluation report from a CA.
