Package Itinerary

Day 1 Hanoi Arrival

Upon arrival in the airport, you will be warmly greeted by our driver. Transfer directly to the hotel for check in. (Normally check in time is 14:00).

Afternoon – Sightseeing:

  • 13:30-13:45: Visit Temple of Literature – Vietnam’s First University, built in 1073, dedicated to Confucius and Chu Van An, a symbol of Vietnam’s educational heritage.
  • 14:45: Explore Hoa Lo Prison (Maison Centrale) – A historic prison built in 1896, known for housing political prisoners and revolutionaries.
  • 15:45: Enjoy Hanoi’s famous Egg Coffee. Optional activities: cyclo ride around the Old Quarter (self-paid) or a traditional Water Puppet Show.
  • 16:00-16:30: Drop-off at the original meeting point.

Overnight in Hanoi.

Day 2 Hanoi – Hoa Lu – Tam Coc

Have breakfast at the hotel.

We will take you on a day trip to Ninh Binh to explore its beautiful attractions:

  • 07:30 – 08:00: Depart from Hanoi, heading towards Ninh Binh province.
  • 10:15: Arrive at Hoa Lu, the ancient capital of Vietnam, and explore the historic temples dedicated to King Dinh and King Le.
  • 11:30: Proceed to Tam Coc area.
  • 11:45: Enjoy a traditional Vietnamese lunch at a local restaurant.
  • 13:00: Embark on a 1.5-hour bamboo boat ride along the Ngo Dong River, passing through the three caves of Tam Coc: Hang Ca, Hang Hai, and Hang Ba.
  • 14:30: Engage in a cycling tour around the idyllic villages surrounding Tam Coc, with an optional visit to Thai Vi Temple.
  • 16:00: Depart Ninh Binh for the return journey to Hanoi.
  • 18:30: Arrive back in Hanoi, concluding the tour.

Day 3 Hanoi – Halong Bay Day Cruise

Have breakfast at the hotel.

Get ready to explore Halong Bay – one of the most beautiful bays in the world – on a day cruise!

  • 7:30 – 08:00: Pick-up from hotels in Hanoi Old Quarter and Hanoi Opera House, then depart for Halong Bay.
  • 12:00: Arrive at Tuan Chau Harbor, check-in for the cruise.
  • 12:15: Set sail on a 6-hour cruise, enjoying the breathtaking scenery and fresh sea air.
  • 12:30: Enjoy a delicious lunch onboard while admiring the stunning limestone karsts.
  • 14:00: Explore Sung Sot (Surprise) Cave, one of the most beautiful caves in Halong Bay.
  • 15:00: Visit Luon Cave—guests can choose between kayaking or taking a bamboo boat
  • 15:30: Stop at Titop Island, where you can swim on the sandy beach or hike up to the viewpoint for a panoramic view of Halong Bay.
  • 16:30: Enjoy kayaking or a bamboo boat ride around Luon Cave, discovering the tranquil lagoon.
  • 17:00 – 17:30: Head back to Tuan Chau Harbor, relax with a sunset party on board, featuring tea, snacks, and music.
  • 18:00 – 18:30: Disembark and return to Hanoi via expressway.
  • 21:00 – 21:30: Arrive in Hanoi, end of the tour.

Day 4 Hanoi Departure

Have breakfast at the hotel and check out.
